• Under no circumstances is this Kitten/Cat allowed to roam outdoors or be declawed. Breeder guarantees the Kitten/Cat to
be healthy at the time of purchase. Buyer agrees to have kitten vet-checked within 72 hours. If it is found that there is a health
question, Buyer has 48 hours after veterinary exam in which to ask for a Kitten/Cat replacement. This request must accompany a letter from the veterinarian stating why the Kitten/Cat's health is in question. No medical or travel charges will be refunded.
•If the kitten/cat dies within 2 years of life due to an inherited genetic disease, buyer must inform seller and provide a necropsy from a certified veterinarian, breeder will replace the Kitten/Cat, for one of equal quality when one becomes avaible.. There will be no cash refunds. Breeder will not be responsible for any shipping costs, or Buyer’s expense.
• This kitten will have been dewormed and had 2 (two) of 3 (three) needed kitten shots, known as 4 in 1 kitten FVRCP
boosters. Breeder agrees to provide a complete record
of all deworming and vaccinations for this Kitten/Cat. Breeder will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to subsequent
vaccines. Breeder recommends that only one vaccine be given per visit to the vet and not a combination cocktail. If Buyer chooses to inoculate for FIP, Breeder will not warrantee kitten. As your Ragdoll is an inside cat only, we feel these
vaccinations are too dangerous and not needed. Please wait to give Rabies vaccine at about 4 months of age, or later!
If this kitten was puchased whole, it is agreed that the kitten will be altered before the age of 6 months. With proof of altering sent sent to the seller. Seller will then issue registration papers within 30 days of the sale.
Buyer may pick up kitten from breeder between 12 to 14 weeks of age... At an equally convenient date and time to
breeder and buyer.
• Breeder reserves the first right of refusal if cat is to be re-homed.
• If Buyer fails to comply with any aspect of this agreement, Buyer forfeits any rights Buyer may otherwise have.
• The Kitten must be paid for in full at least 2 weeks before bringing kitten home. Buyer will receive shot/worming records
and Blue Litter TICA Registration Paper for kitten upon kitten delivery. Buyer is responsible for TICA registry and payment.
